Unhygienic streets

Reported in the Dog fouling category by Steph Blackwell at 10:24, Mon 27 July 2009
Sent to Lancaster City Council less than a minute later

There is always a problem with dog muck on and around my street but today is just ridiculous. It is right across the pavement to the extent that I had to lift my toddler over it when we went out this morning!! If I had been using the pram I would have had to walk it in the road to get round!! Not only that but my husband said that someone had put some on his car!! He had to clean it up before he could even go to work! It is getting out of hand. It is disgusting and unsanitary especially on a street with a lot of children playing out. Something needs to be done about it. There are signs saying you will be fined but it isn't helping and I keep getting letters through my door about it but again this obviously is not working either! I am getting sick of the whole thing.
