7 teenagers kicking wing mirrors off cars yet again in early hours of morning. Cops dont do anything and due to age cant lay a finger on them and they know it.

2 out of 7 kids got arrested then released again same night as always due to ages they know cant do anything. Now they found a new toy to annoy people with council left a huge machine compressor by local library across street with no security even though no work being done, they run past turn it on at the early hours of morning with push of 1 button. its so loud it shakes the houses opposite waking small kids up and leaving me to go out and turn it off at 3-5am everytime.
nevermind they finally got around to removing the compressor.
