Sent to Bexley Borough Council 4 minutes later
The brick wall surrounding this property has been knocked down, with bricks left all over the pavement and the part of the wall that is still standing looks very unsafe. Also, there are a number of possibly scrap cars parked in the front garden of this property which look unsightly.

Updates
The matter is being looked into, did not notice when I was round there earlier, but will check again in the morning.
I have recently come across this website...and I found it interesting that this wall was mentioned.
This wall is unstable.
If you just go and sit on the wall or lean against it...you are running the risk of it collapsing onto you.
It is only a matter of time before it collapses.
The brick wall, about 1 metre high that goes onto Central Avenue. This wall is unstable.
I am a resident in the area, and anyone who walks past this wall..and actually "looks properly" at this wall can see it.
It moves / shakes.
Purely from a safety aspects for kids etc within the area...it should be "made good", before the whole wall will be required to be replaced.
There is probably an overall cost saving for the owner of the property as well...if he repairs it sooner than later...
