Barking Dog

Our neighbours at No.4 Rosemount Road have a dog that is let into the back garden most evenings and it barks for long periods. It is common place for it do be barking between 10pm and 11pm. We have children and it keeps them awake or wakes them up. Can you please do something to help.

Nothing has changed, the dog still barks regularly after 8pm and as late as 11pm at times.
