Redundant traffic sign

There is a "Speed Humps Ahead" sign (white on red, temporary type) at this location. This is really superfluous as under the regulations, drivers should be expecting humps and other traffic calming features within a 20 Zone anyway, which this road is. Please remove it as it is spoiling this otherwise pretty street.
