Missing parking sign

There is a "M/Cs only" parking bay here, but no accompanying parking sign. This is dubiously enforceable (in fact a car was parking in it as I walked past).

Please either erect the relevant sign - if there is indeed the need to provide dedicated P2W parking - or remove the bay and continue the permit bay all the way through.
