Drain/gully clearance

In the alleyway between Diamond and Emerald Streets, 3 of the 4 viewable drain grills are silted up and/or blocked with refuse, resulting in poor drainage of surface water after heavy rain etc. Concerned may also possibly affect drainage from properties if not dealt with.
