Parking on the grass verge

Up to 3 cars parking on the grass verge. The area is becoming unsitely because of the weather,skidding etc

The people who are parking on the verge are having building work done to their property but in parking on the verge while the work is being done is damaging the verge and I wonder if they will repair the damaged coursed

The owners of the parked cars say that once there drive is clear they will not park on the area in question, but will they make good all damage?

The owners of the ajoining property are having building work done and say that as soon as the work is complete they will remove their cars from the grass verdge
