Dangerous parking

Person who owns the newly constructed detached house is parking two cars on the main street the street narrows at the point outside the house and forces other road users (buses and large lorries in a small narrow styreet) onto oncoming traffic (cyclists etc) and is a road hazard. the roads department need to do something about this before accidents happen.
