Cycle Path Dog Fouling

Fed up of walking my own dog and having to avoid other dog owners dog poo. This is a cycle path used by families and others for recreation. The position has deteriorated of late. There are plenty of refuse bins. Needs more policing.

Has improved a lot. Still an issue but no where near as bad. thanks
