Speeding

This is a 30mph zone yet at night time vehicles do not obey this limit - HGV lorries, as well as cars, will exceed to dangerous speeds. The pavement is very narrow in parts with no railing and I believe pedestrians are in danger. According to my SatNav there used to be a speed camera on this road - it is no longer there. I do feel a camera needs to be placed on this part of the road again for the safety of others.
