Continuous Fly Tipping In This Spot

Fly tipping continuously happens in this spot. The council recently put up a photocopied sign tied to a tree with elastic bands! This was torn down about two days later and dumping resumed. Please could a sign be made and put up properly and action taken if people dump here in future.
