There is a trailer stting outside number 23 Macdonald Smith drive, which has sat there on a public grass verge for at least 3 weeks with piles of rubbish on it,which is blowing into the street, and is a complete eyesore. All the neighbours have complained about it, but nothing has been done. The person in question is unnaproachable, and therefore something has to be about this, as someone will undoubtedly set this up on fire causing a bigger nuisance.
