Rubbish in Neatherd Moor duck pond

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Breckland District Council 3 minutes later

For over a week now there have been 3 traffic cones in the pond, along with other stuff such as plastic and lengths of wood. Don't the council look after it? It's disgusting that it isn't cleared regularly. Can something be sorted?

It hasn't been sorted so I don't know why I even bothered in the first place. I didn't even get a reply!
