Sweep of Footpath

I walk my dogs through this alleyway everyday - there is always a lot of broken glass bottles and rubbish which seems to get worse after the weekends. Unfortunately the alleyway doesn't seem to get cleaned with any regularity. Would it be possible to arrange a mechanical sweep asap pls.
