No Tax Dumped Lorry

It appears yet another un taxed vehicle has been dumped in Tolkien Close. Its usually the same someone at Thor Drive who uses this close as his own personal car park. If not dangerously parking on the corner so us residents nearly always crash its keeping dirty untaxed vehicles. Enough has got to be enough!
