Kids Playing Football

Kids constantly play football on the street without regard for cars or houses. The balls frequently hit cars, get wedged under them and enter peoples gardens. Upon entering peoples property boundaries are voilated, gates get left open and lawns get trampled. The kids are either too lazy or too young to use the local park. This constantly torment needs to be delt with and the children prevented from playing ball games in a street full of parked car! At the very least 'No Ball Games' signs could be placed on the street.
