Cars parked on pavement

Increasing numbers of cars parked on the concours in front of Kintore Town House. This area is chained off at the drop kerb, but selfish drivers are simply driving over the pavement and abandoning their cars.

Cars still driving round the chain over the drop kerb and parking on the pavement in front o the town house.

Cars still parking on the concourse in front of the Town House. This is not casual parking. Cars are using the pavement and the concourse as a car park, despite the bollards and chains to indicate the area is closed off.

This morning, three cars have driven round the chain (which is presumably meant to stop vehicles) and are using the Town House forecourt as a car park.
