Lack of published collection timetable/schedule

The published collection timetable/schedule for domestic refuse collection in my street has run out at the end of June. I have not received a fresh timetable/schedule - so have no easy way of finding out which collection is happening (normal or recycling waste). It is not even published on Babergh district web-site!. Considerding I pay over £1500 per year for my council tax, the least you might expect is for them to produce a small piece of very useful paper. Quite disgusted with their behaviour actually....

I received a reply from the local councillor saying they would look into the issue. nothing more though.
The council came and replaced all the street lights in our road!!! did they change them for energy efficient ones!!?? or just changed them coz they had some spare cash in the budget.....Who knows?? I'll contact my local councilor and ask them.
Still not received the corrected replacement brochure/leaflet...
