Persistant parking on footpath

Users of adjacent NHS offices regularly park on the pavement making it difficult for pedestrians to pass, and impossible for wheelchair users to get passed safely. The parking is also across the road from driveway exits and regularly makes it difficult and dangerous to enter and exit the driveways safely. Yellow lines are required to prevent this.
