Traffic Lights Not Working Correctly

It seems that quite often the buttons on this crossing choose when to or not to work, at times one side is affected and sometimes both sides, this is a road safety issue. This problem has existed for some months.

Lights seem to be working correctly, the buttons on both sides of the road are working.
