Refuse not collected fom bin store

Refuse is being left in the bin store by the bin men every week - it is piling up and becoming a hazard for residents. Notting Hill Housing has been promised 2-3 times over the last week that it would be collected - its hasn't - all rubbish was bagged up by cleaners last week - no excuse for non - collection. Problem is that bin men are placing one bin inside another to drag back to store and then just dump them in - inside each other rather than placing them in seperately for residents to use. Understand that residents are contacting media. please collect and please replace bins properly in the store so they can ben used by residents. The H&S issue is to the residents, not the bin men who have caused this problem week on week.
