Kids being playing on the vergers

Kids keep playing on the vergers and damaging peoples property with the ball games against fences and flowers etc, please get it sorted.

Response i got was if they are not causing criminal damage then nothing can be done. This sin't true its just lazy, at the top of Chestnut Avenue is a patch of grass on the corner with a no balls games etc notice.
