Overhanging trees

Birstall Rd on L.H.S.heading towards Red Hill Circle. The majority of the footpath is blocked by overhanging trees making it difficult to pass safely.

Received an E-mail from Charnwood Borough Council stating this was the responsibility of Leicestershire County Council and advising I should contact them. If the roads in Birstall were inspected as they should be I wouldn,t need to!
