Moorlands, Wing. I passed my driving test 50 years ago and don't need telling what speed cars are travelling at. Moorlands should be a quiet residential road in a village but during the past 2/3 years many of them are going too fast. At No. 66 there are two very young children who on occasions have given me nightmares as they move about on the pavement outside their house. It is all down to good fortune that nothing has happened. I myself can only stare at the offending drivers although I would prefer to throw a brick at their windscreens. In my particular spot I consider the simple solution is "Priority Working" and I am sure this would prove the most cost effective way of promoting road safety. The exact spot for this is the section of road right by the Royal Mail letter box outside No. 73 Moorlands.
