Road collapsing into ditch

Highways have piped and filled in the ditch on the rhs of th entrance to Bryn Y Ffynnon.The culvert under the entrance has now blocked and the bank has collapsed on the lhs due to the volume of traffic

council have been out,cleaned the ditch with a jcb,so the water now runs.This is a medium term fix, due to the type & volume of traffic it will have to be again when two wagon try to pass. thanks for your help
