Numerous gaps in road and holes around storm drains

Potholes around storm drains and badly disintegrated gaps in the road opposite house numbers: 17,19,25,27,31,43,6,10,18,20,32,34 . All are dangerous to cyclists struggling up this steep hill or descending rapidly
