Car Parked on Pavement (outside 273)

Virtually every weekend - usually in the evening, especially Sunday nights(and often other times) at least one, but sometimes as many as 6 cars are parked on this busy two lane carriageway that has double yellow lines, half on the road and at least half on the pavement. sometimes they are totally blocking the pavement preventing any pedestrian from passing and certainly wheelchairs/buggies.

still happening - council tried to deny responsibility, but eventually had to relent and accept, but still nothing done. Obviously Adur DC needs lots of nagging.
