11 Bishopstone Walk.Back of property in Wilmington Close.Dustbin with no lid, always full early part of week, overflowing, and then animals get into and is strewn over large area and includes dirty smelly nappies!! This has been happening for over a year, and usually fed-up residents of Wilmington Close, clear up! THe dustman take whatever is in the bin,but anything that is on the ground is left there . No disrespect to the dustman.WE have had and reported lately rats in the area, and now feel that this needs to be stopped and or reported,as householder has been told before.Back garden is also unacceptable.

Think the residents of said property have moved..and new residents moved in last week (25th July)whether they are council tenants this time or not,but outside the back area is not soo cluttered, but there is still some debris left over from initial tenant!!
