Overgrown weeds

Please could you arrange for the overgrown weeds to be cut in Fishponds wood as I am unable to cut my hedge or even get to the back of my hedge. this is a disgrace, and other neighbours feel the same

There were people from the council strimming not 10 yards away yesterday, this is getting ridiculous, nettles & rubbish more than 5 feet high. I think the workmen should cut my hedge or I could get it done privately and charge the council. If my garden was this mess, you would be the first to complain
