Contractors blocking footway

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later
O'Halloran and O'Brien contractors for St Ebba's site developers regularly block the only footway along Hook Road. They put out temporary traffic management for pedestrians whilst the operatives are working, but at night they take it down. There is nowhere for pedestrians to go except into the carriageway, but the curve and Heras fencing means one cannot see cars approaching at 40mph
