Cars parking/reversing on pavements

Can anything be done about the delivery drivers from Pizza Pronto, 227a Handsworth Road? I have witnessed near accidents on several ocassions recently. The delivery drivers all park on the pavement directly outside the shop on Handsworth Road (inbetween the railings and the shop front), causing an obstruction and a danger to pedestrians - particularly those who are pushing prams and wheelchair users. I have witnessed the delivery vehicles being driven along the pavement, directly on to the pedestrian crossing on Handsworth Road. They are also reversing on the pavement and around the corner in to the junction of Finchwell Road, continuing to reverse through the traffic lights (even when on red). It is impossible for them to see whether there are any pedestrians, especially children close by. There will be a terrible accident soon.
