The seagulls in the Jewellery Quarter are becoming a real nuisance. The 'mess' they create is a health hazard and very bad for car paint, windows etc - and the odd unlucky person. The noise is also unbearable at times.
The council need to take action, as other authorities are doing. Unless they're aiming for it to be the second World Heritage site with gulls after the Jurassic Coast... And the first that's a hundred miles from the sea.
