Bad surface, uneven and dropped surface

Hollin Lane has its own un planned speed bumps, and has had them for over 5 years. Pot holes, yes, and deep bumps and bad repairs. Dangerous to bikes and uncomfortable for cars. New surface/relaying required

Some bits of tarmac have appeared around some of the bad repairs, but the drops in the road surface, possible collapsed drains etc, still are there, and generally the car gets shaken badly at speeds under 20mph!
