7.5 tonne lorry parking causing poor visibility on

There is a refrigerated lorry parked on the street, it is an obvious eye-sore and also there is a bus stop opposite. There is no designated bus stop bay there and sometimes traffic on both sides of the carriage way stops when the bus is using the bus stop (not enough space for cars to pass). The Hemlock Street and Fulton Street junction has poor visibility due to the road layout and gradient. There have been several local kids that have been hit by vehicles and injured severely in and a large number of near misses with all vehicles trying use that junction (including me and I know the dangers and the problems with that junction). The lorry adds to the problem as there already is poor visibility for the cars approaching the junction. This lorry can park elsewhere (possibly at a lorry parking area on Spencer Street only 100m away see blue box on attached picture). There is a lane (Hilton gardens Lane) where the lorry is parked and the local laundry firm (OCS) use that lane for all their loading and unloading but when they have to exit the lane, the driver has to make a wide turn to get out of the lane and sometimes it becomes like a 3 point turn using the whole road. The driver has been confronted but does not care as he does not stay in that area. The yellow rectangular box on the picture is where the lorry is parked from 2pm – 9am the next day. The red rectangular box on the picture is where the driver’s personal vehicle is parked during the day when he is using the lorry. The blue rectangular box on the picture is where the designated overnight parking for lorry’s are.
