Disabled bays

There are 2 disabled bays on Osborne Villas that I think must have been created for residents and are now not used by residents. One is at the top of the street (marked) and the other is half way down the street on the same side. After 8PM these are usually the only parking spaces unused.

There are still lots of disabled bays on the main road for access to the shops.
