Priority traffic sign

This road,a popular route for schoolchildren and Tesco shoppers,is calmed to some extent by a priority system in the direction approaching Tescoand but at one point the "priority over oncoming traffic" sign has been swung round on its post to face the opposite way,causing obvious dangerous problems.
