Right of way not kept clear

The path running behind the houses on the lefthand side of burstead close(33 to end)has not been checked for years.The border at the side of the path now has quite large trees growing on it cutting out more light to the gardens I would be grateful if this area could be inspected

No one has been to have a look but this is just what I expected of brighton council they just do not care.
