Hazardous obstructions on footway

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by vulnerable walker at 10:46, Tue 30 June 2009
Sent to Hackney Borough Council 3 minutes later

Parking posts (folding bollards) have been installed recently on this property and form a trip hazard. The posts are a similar colour to the footway paving and - when unlocked - lay prone and can block the footway. They require adjustment to prevent blockage of footway and the addition of manifestation for the benefit of visually impaired pedestrians. Or they should be removed.

This very dangerous hazard still poses a big risk for pedestrians. Hackney Council has failed to do anything!
