Neighbours' Conifers

The bottom of our neighbours garden on Bramley Drive is adjacent to our garden on Cherry Walk. Their Conifer Trees have grown to such a height that they are blocking light to our garden from that angle. We are also concerned about possible damage from the roots to the foundations of our house. There appear to be 18 Conifers surrounding our garden but our primary concern are the five directly to the right. Ideally, we would prefer that these were either completely cut down or at the very least, cut to a reasonable size and then properly maintained thereafter.
