Dangerous road surface

Reported in the Potholes category anonymously at 10:54, Mon 29 June 2009
Sent to Staffordshire County Council less than a minute later

The whole of this road is in an unsafe and dangerous condition. From top to bottom there are potholes, ruts, cracks, sunken grids, sunken areas, dips and bad repairs. The whole of Stonebank Road between London Road to Chatterley drive wants completely re-doing rather than just patching.

This road is apparently on the list to be resurfaced but due to lack of resources and being behind schedule it hasn't been done yet.

This road is still in a disgusting condition. It is getting worse. Some half baked attempts to repair with a bit of tarmac have been attempted. After the frosts the road has sunken further and on the flat section nearer the shops the surface is caving in.

Most of the road has finally been resurfaced.
