This dog is an utter nuisance and has been for many years. The dog named Guinness owned by the persons at 63 Westward Place is left to roam the streets while the owners are out. This dog is a very aggressive and has gone to bite a large number of passerby's numerous times including young children and the elderly. This occurs when you are walking on the opposite side of the road to the dog, or even if you come out of a car or house; the dog races towards you balking it's head off ready to bite you. Also during the period of it roaming the street it is left to urinate and extricate in people front gardens and over the pavement. I'm sure if you asked anyone in the houses in the same street as Number 63 they would agree with my points and would also like something to be done about it.
