Condition of road surface

George street has not been resurfaced for many a year. When it was done it was only a thin layer of tar on top of cobbles. I drive my car up and down here every day and all it does is knacker the suspension on my car. This road desperately requires dug up and properly surfaced.

The response received from the council was that the road was structually sound, despite the fact that many of the local garages use this road to test suspension and sourcing squeaks with vehicles.
