Overgrown trees releasing lost of Sap

All the trees are now releasing lots of Sap causing drives and cars to be very sticky.

Please could you kindly trim the trees back asap.

I am not very happy with the council as now Autumn is arriving and no one bothered to even take any notice of this problem, it should have been sorted straight away it has been over 3 months.
