Cars and bikes driving on the green

We have had several incidences of cars and motorcycles driving on the green between Longwood and Sidcot causing a danger to the children playing on there. On one occassion a motorbake was rode at a group of children, the police were informed. Would it be possible to have Bollards put along the end of Longwood, although this would not stop tyhe motorcycles it would stopp the cars being driven on there

The problem is getting worse even the council are driving across it now, several month ago we nearly had a truck tip over into the front of our house. It appears someone has to die or get seriously injured before anything is done about it
