I live at 38 victoria road next door to house flats we share an alley but they continue to put their rubbish and recycling our side of the wall and the bag splits onto my front path and i am fed up picking up their dirty nappies etc also it makes my front path look disgusting and it has nothing to do with me!it also makes the street look filthy.This is an ongoing problem and they put rubbish out well before wednesday.

the rubbish outside the hse is just the same but now we are finding unwrapped used sanitry towels and carry bags of them not in black sacks, it is disgusting to open your front door to someones used sanitry towel and very unhygenic. please i need this sorted asap thank you mrs j laking
