One way street

Church st becomes a one way street at 6pm due to all the cars parked along it, the majority of the terraced houses all have parking to the rear which no one seems to use, also the huge path on one side of the road could be shortened im sure giving us a little bit more room to pass. If a lorry came down it wouldnt get through most days, dread to think if there was a fire.
