Dog fouling on my grass lawn & door way

Somebody from the neighbourhood has been walking his dog onto my grasslawn and my doorway,7 Hilden Drive, to defaecate there. Apart from being disgusting, it is unhygienic and it can cause blindness. I have not been able to see this person because he/she does that in the middle of the night (when people are deeply asleep or during the day when people are at work).
