Nappies being dumped and other rubbish causing health issues in walk way between no 14 and 15 playden court

This is disgusting and can be seen all around chailey close car park as well they come from one of the houses In Chailey Close and they should be fined.

Why is it ok to fine people for Dog Poo but not Human Poo
