Cars parking on the pavement

At the start and end of the school day cars persistently park with all four wheels on the pavement blocking the pavement for wheelchair and pushchair users.

Dear , I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with vehicles parking on the pavement. Unfortunately this area is not enforced by the Oxford City Council, this area should be enforced by NCP who operate parking enforcement on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council. I have forwarded your email across to the County Council so I would expect you should have a reply within a few days.
